Pondering on my new calling and all it entails. It's a good stretch for me.

I know that the Lord will help me in my new calling. I will rely on His help throughout my time as Primary President. 

The new year

Wow, I am feeling humbled. I was asked by the Bishop on Sunday if I would be the new Primary President. I was basically floored. Just the other day, I was contemplating the fact that I had never served as a President of any organization in the Church. I wondered about that. I think now that the Lird was preparing me, and I didn't really listen with a Spiritual ear. That's a little push to listen for those promptings more often. Anyway, I said yes, so now I need to hit the ground running! While picking my ponderize scripture for this week, this one stood out to me.
